【Resolved】Apology Regarding Login Issues for Some Members

During the period below, some members experienced issues logging in.
The issue has now been resolved.

【Incident Period】
Monday, September 8, 2025, 00:56 to after 9:00 AM

【Impact】
Some members attempting to log in from a non-logged-in state encountered an error on the login screen and were unable to sign in.
Members already logged in could view, purchase, and watch content as usual.

【Cause】
A restriction error from “reCAPTCHA,” implemented as a measure against unauthorized access.

【Status】
Restriction settings were adjusted and lifted after 9:00 AM. Login is now functioning normally.
No loss of usage data or account information, nor any unauthorized access, has been confirmed during the affected period.

【Members Unable to Log In】
Please log in to XCREAM as usual.

If you still cannot log in,
please try refreshing your browser, switching to a different browser or network connection (Wi-Fi/mobile), or deleting cookies for xcream.net.
